If you are a guest or a registered user of the site, the following apply to you:
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You must keep conversations civil
- You are responsible for any and all physical and/or mental effects that may occur as a result of the content on this platform
- Your account cannot be impersonating someone, you can use images and usernames of other personalities (such as a v-tubures), but you cannot add links to their socials as if you are them. Additionally, if you use a pf picture or username of someone else, they have the right to request it be removed / changed.
For creators, you must follow the same rules as viewers. The following list is what you are allowed to and not allowed to upload to the site:
- Videos cannot feature any real people
- Videos cannot feature photo realistic depictions of a real person
- Videos cannot encourage harassment
- Videos must be based around an animated (drawing or 3D) character, exceptions for text/audio only jois will be made on a case by case basis
- Content from active creators on other platforms can only be uploaded by said creator
- Archival content (videos from the PH purge) will be dealt with on a case by case basis
- Videos with watermarks from other sites are permitted, but highly discouraged. It's always better to upload the original file.
- Videos cannot feature any live footage, that being footage recorded of the real world.
All rules are subject to change at the site owners discretion. Exceptions to any rule can be made by site administrators with final judgment being determined by the site owner.
