Fancy UI, wao. Aside from the UI, sound-wise it's all the same as normal.
To get the backlog to work it had to read a json formatted copy of the text. This made everything else a massive pain and meant losing a more accurate to the game text fade in animation, and kept every text box the same length. It also increased the render times by a ton (now takes 6 times the length of the vid now), so no more backlog I guess? I'll have to try and make the text system more dynamic too.
I'll have to do another (more normal?) Dober vid at some point, set after the career run when she's more used to her trainer and not ill (hotsprings trip or something).
Also slightly changed how I make the images now too, it's using 2 high-res fix steps instead of 1. So it's adding some more detail at a higher resolution (2k instead of 1k), and it's still being 4X upscaled for inpainting headroom and downscaling.
And for the least important part, you can now waste your money here. You don't really get anything, I'm not gonna start paywalling or time-gating stuff either. So nothing's changing, but it's there if you want to I guess?
