This video is best used with the Lovense app and a vibrating toy! You can still use it manually, but it's more fun utilizing the premade patterns. If you've watched my last video like this, you probably know the drill. The video explains how to sync it. Effectively, you'll be stopping the pattern at 00:05 seconds, and then resuming the video at the marked time. You'll see when you start watching. The patterns on the app are called, "ZZZ Dynamic Vibe Control", and "ZZZ Vibe Control," with the former being more realistic, and the latter being simpler.
